BotClap offers a 14-day free trial with full access to our Basic Plan features, including chatbot flows. No credit card is required to start your trial, and you won't be charged automatically when the trial ends.

2. Subscription Services

After the free trial, if you choose to subscribe to any paid plan, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All BotClap services including subscription plans, WhatsApp conversation credits, add-ons, and third-party integrations are non-refundable due to the nature of digital services and immediate costs we incur.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues preventing service use, contact our support team. Verified issues may qualify for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5. Unauthorized Charges

Report any unauthorized transactions immediately. Verified cases will receive full refunds.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime, with changes taking effect at the end of your billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Refund Process
